The best part about this top is the beautiful ruffle waterfall sleeves. They go to about elbow length. The top is so soft and pretty. It feels like a thin linen, but it is a rayon polyester blend. The top is very lightweight and great for a hot evening. No callouts in this lovely top! I thought it looked great in leggings for a casual evening or in skinnies for an elevated look.
