the color is a navy blue. being this blue it does have somewhat of a purple tint to it so in some lights that purple can stand out greater. rounded neckline. sleeves come barely off the shoulder about 2 inches. the material is see through of course. this would be great a bathing suit cover up. Or maybe wearing over a spaghetti strap dress. the possibilities are endless with this one. there is a lot of detail designed in this top. due to being see through someone removed the material tag so it wouldn't show through. Which means I don't know the exact material. the design is the coolest part and it will def stand out with whatever you pair it with. found no major issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. rack b, section b
