@abbposhshop what’s the strap drop? And the strap cracking? Is it almost breaking the strap apart?

@elise1022 The bag drop if you wear it as a crossbody is 21 inches and if you wear it as a shoulder bag converting into two straps it’s about 10 inches drop. There are cracks on the strap from wear on the glazing, however the strap is only lifting from where the handles meet, the strap is not detached. I uploaded pictures and video the straps.
