Vintage Itty Bitty brand sailor theme girls dress. I have the coordinating boys romper in a separate listing. size 4T. The girls dress has pouf short sleeves, a sailor collar and back zipper. White with dark blue there is a white mark on the back of the dress near the top of the zipper that is hard to see, but you can feel it. It feels a bit like paint. polyester and cotton blend.
