Light weight and flowy chiffon like material with a polyester liner under the skirt. Adjustable shoulder straps. It does come with a belt... HOWEVER my bad a** cat chewed on it and there are now teeth marks on the inside of the belt as well as a crack in the material. It's still wearable but honestly I'd replace it. ***Dress has not been washed and has been exposed to cats. My items are not usually exposed to cats but if they happen to be I always mention it. 20 inches pit to pit 15 inch empire waist with room to expand 40 inches long from the shoulder strap down as shown.
