closetbycarlyn @vineigum hi there! I'm adding some pictures of how it lays that leads me to believe this is maternity or would work well as such. There is a stomach band that extends out beyond the rest of the dress to accommodate a bump. It lays flat without the bump as shown in photos. P to P 20; 48 inches shoulder to hem; waist 18 but hard to measure with the banding. Anyhow I wish it fit me 💕

closetbycarlyn @vineigum great question... I didn't even think of this. You can double back the strap on the belt loop. It might need a safety pin but I'll upload a pic of the belt detail so you can see what I mean
