Cute and casual gradient dress by Liz Claiborne. There seem to be belt loops but a belt is not included so feel free to pair with a cute black chunky belt, or a slim belt to compliment the look. As you can see in the first pic, it’s pretty easy to accessorize and the colors will probably draw some compliments.
