Vintage 100% silk button down blouse neutral tan beige western southwestern

Beautiful and rich terra cotta neutral color. Buttons all the way down the front. Can be worn tied or open as well. 100% silk. There are shoulder pads but they can be removed. She just needs a good steam. I’m 5’5” and usually wear a 2/4 for reference.
