This is a lightweight modern blouse from Chico’s. It has a laceup neckline and 3/4-length sleeves. There is an overall medallion print against a black background. The back has a banded detail at the bodice, and there are slits at the bottom. Size 2 (M), the chest is approx 20” across and the length is about 26”. Very good preowned condition, no rips or stains.
