Vintage Y2K skirt from Belle by Badgley Mischka. Black floral lace overlay is attached to an opaque white slip underneath. Floor length. Slight fishtail hem in back. Button and zipper closure on back waist area. Good preowned condition, with some dirt and a torn thread in an area at the very bottom of the fishtail hem (see last 2 pics.)
