Vintage Thierry Mugler fitted hourglass blazer jacket with iconic Mugler curve design lines over hips. Best guess late 80s - early 90s. Made in France. Light blue-purple color I can only describe as dusty periwinkle. See last photo of jacket in daylight. Just dry cleaned! This garment has wear and flaws, the price reflects. Please view all photos and read condition notes. French size 40, equivalent to a US 8 per the brand. However, since this is both vintage and designer, it fits smaller. Model is a 2/4. Please consult these measurements to ensure fit: Pit to pit 17" pulled taut Waist 14.5" flat Shoulders 15.5" Center back length 23.25" 50% acetate / 50% viscose Snap front. Curved lapels. Slant cuffs. No shoulder pads. Faux pocket flaps. Fully lined; lining is intact, no tears. Visible wear upon inspection, but it doesn't pull focus from this masterpiece! Black marker initials are on the lining next to the tag, and the marker tip caught the edge of the lapel leaving a black mark there. It's mostly hidden on the underside and not noticeable when worn. See photos. A couple faint smudges on lapel. Fabric wear: a run between the snaps and on shoulder; areas of abraded, broken fibers in various spots, a few leading to tiny holes. Edges of cuffs are faded and discolored. Seam and edge fades/discoloration from wear and repeat dry cleaning. Slight dingey tone to color overall. An inch or so of top stitching is missing from the princess seam on each side; does not affect integrity.
