@alig37 it’s the zipper pull . The thing that you hold onto to zip . you can order through Chloe but it kind of a slow through hoops so anyway yeah it’s just the pull , a zipper is fine , it’s attached but it just needs the pull to open and close it which honestly for me I don’t even close zip my bags when they are deep . it’s still a beautiful bag looks brand new and priced to sell and I’m open to offers . 😊
