New without tags. Retail $299. These CZ encrusted Earring Studs have screw on backings. Very well crafted. The top measures 1/4" across and they're almost 1/4" in depth. They are marked 925 for Sterling Silver on both the Earrings and the Backings and have 14kt yellow gold plating.
