ASO Phoebe Buffay in Friends Phoebe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow) wears this beautiful silk, pastel midi dress in Friends, season 7, episode 19, titled, "The One with Ross and Monica's Cousin," which aired in 2001. This is the same dress (same print, same designer) that Phoebe wears, just without the short sleeves.
