amanda_pyne @wfo7991 where the skirt part of the dress fabric meets the top chest part of the dress it is 13 inches straight across from one side to the other. Going down a little further towards the waist it is 16 inches straight across. hope this helps!

amanda_pyne @wfo7991 I just checked the love shack fancy website for size chart just to double check- these are their 00 measurements 31-32 inch bust, 25-26 inch waist, 35-36 inch hip!
