Vintage handmade girls Dress 4/5T Annie

Vintage girls Dress 4/5T Adorable Annie fabric used to make this vintage dress. Handmade with love in the 80s. Does have some stains on the front that have not been treated (see pic). Measures about 11” pit to pit and 21” from the top hem of the dress to the bottom not including the straps as the one are adjustable to get the perfect fit!
