Lulus Ticket to Chic burgundy red striped velvet mini dress in size small with balloon sleeves. Excellent condition. This is a very elegant dress that captures the light really well. The body of the dress has a black liner, but the sleeves are unlined and slightly sheer. The elastic at the cuff of the sleeves allows them to balloon out slightly. Keyhole back closes with two buttons and the spare button is sewn into the care label. The material has some stretch and it’s cut to have a graceful flare from the waist.
