These are Liberty Black blue/red/tan adorable "patriotic" booties with red and tan fringe and cream stars on the blue front pointed toe. They were purchased by me at Cavenders and have never been worn! The heel is about 2", and they pull on with the loops at the top to help! So fun! Hard to list these cuties!
