Roulette Halter Dress, Women Sz L, Black and White Floral Design, Stretch Beautiful and very stylish halter dress with wide long tie in back. Gorgeous! Great for summer days or add a jacket for fall nights. Midi to knee length. Fabric has quite a bit of stretch. Backless with elastic band at lower back. Halter strap around the neck is not adjustable. Great quality. Would listen to as very good condition except there are two flaws: One light blue stain on back where the tie falls so does not show while wearing. I circled it red on last two pics. Inside on the cup lining there are two flaws in the material where a modesty stitch used to be. See pic. These are on inside. So no noticeable flaws while wearing.
