This is a pair of upcycled, low rise, kick boot jeans turned into a patchwork flare from American Eagle Outfitters. Whiskering, front leg fading, and factory distressed. Green and blue floral fabric added to create a flare leg, a number one and a stylized flower. No flaws. 1970s 70s vibes, hippie, disco, retro, OOAK. Originally size 4 short. Approx. measurements all un-stretched: 14.5 in side to side waist 7 3/4 in rise 29 1/8 in inseam (9620)
