NWT OshKosh B’gosh Toddler Girls Lace Dress. Size 4T measures 22” long from top to bottom. The dress has a few yellow spots on it that I didn’t notice at the time when i purchased. I am sure they can be treated with bleach, I have not tried. I did try to take photos to point out the spots and the camera will not pick up on them.
