Papell Boutique Vintage 1990s Beaded Silk Evening Dress With Fringe Size 14

Gorgeous vintage short evening gown , dark purplish wine would best describe color. Please see measurements for sizing, it is size 14 , but vintage so may run smaller. In excellent condition as pictured, beautiful feminine cut, fringe and beading!I tried to take pictures in different lighting to show color, I would say color is most accurate in last photo.
