I did not send to LV to have strap fixed($$$)- I had leather guy do- not very good, nor did I sent to authenticator. The bag is a heavy duty brown monogrammed style. With lighter natural tan leather straps and detailing. Smaller tote than Neverfull, 16x12x6, 9” double strap drop. All hardware has Louis Vuitton stamping/signature. Hook closure. feet and bottom leather shows wear. All monogram initials line up exactly, sides, bottom, upper around top. Traditional tan leather trim, gold/brass signature hardware, zip and slip pocket. Interior pocket shows the date and place where it was made- March 2014, France. See pictures! Overall condition fair/good. See strap and feet. Issue: the strap attached to the back of bag had very loose threading, and very very worn leather. Brought to local shop and had him stitch, it works, but is not LV quality and it is the underside of strap that has the double stitching. It stitched straight, not on diagonal , like traditional LV.
