Size 14 Long Inside tag is cut but they are AE regular stretch. Note: The waistband is made to look ‘cut off’. Only mentioning because I didn’t notice that feature when I bought them. They do still have belt loops. The online description says they are low-rise but the rise is approx 10”, I thought they felt more like mid-rise. Button & zip closure. There was a 2nd inside button that is missing (easily replaceable but I never used it). Otherwise good condition. See photos for measurements
