Vintage Carter’s Blue Swiss Dot Dress w/Bloomers. Carter’s tags, marked size 2T. 50/50 Poly Cotton blend. Overall in good condition with a few flaws, but very wearable! I have done a basic wash, the discoloration may come out with additional treatment. The dress has a small yellow stain on the front hem/lace line. The bloomers cuffs are slightly more yellowed than the rest, and there is overall a lot of very small age spots. Hard to see from a distance. Please review all photos.
