cae19 @kathyanne5 ok I just hung it up and had some help with holding and measuring. Looks closer to 19 1/2 when hanging up and measuring. I just posted to picture for you! The fabric does have a little give but I’ll let you judge it you think it will work for you or not!

kathyanne5 @cae19 OK would you consider this semi fitted? That’s what makes the difference. I think it’ll work for me unless it’s boxy then it might be too big.

cae19 @kathyanne5 I would consider it to be semi fitted. I’m usually a medium but sized up so I could fit thicker sweaters under it and it worked well for me. I had the most room in the chest area. For reference I am 5’5” 125 pounds and a 34b if that helps.
