Mixture of leather and hair - must be horse hair or calf hair, not sure. Different panels or sections of leather and hair in a mixed colorway, sort of like colorblocking sections in brown, black, red, tan brown, and green. Designer brand Brighton. Would look so cute with a high waist tiered maxi skirt or a denim maxi skirt. Or high waist jeans and a shirt tucked in.
