Tiny black “stones” for eyes, unsure what they’re made of. Love the little whiskers! Hand-signed “sterling silver” on the back; cannot make out the artist’s signature. Condition: EUC- Mild wear/superficial scratches that are hardly noticeable unless looking close. Piece has some mild tarnish, should be easily removed with a dry silver polishing cloth.
