@jlschulz84 weβve been in Houma (hr. SW of NO} past 12 yrs. weβve had rain but no flooding. The parish did a lot of flood prevention work since getting hit by 2 strong hurricanes in 2008. Hard work is paying off.
Lake Charles suffering w as much as 11β/24hr of rain on top of terrible ice storm and 2 hurricanes that they are recovering from! And of course, NO has flooding w most heavy rains
