This is a costume I made for a Halloween party at Universal Studios- it is about a 16W underarm to underarm - 23" neck to hem 56" Has a few little spots on the back and one line on front barely noticeable but see photos to see what you think. I made the big bow for the back it just clips around the waist like a belt. I am including gloves I bought and a stretch bracelet. Add your own jewels to jazz it up, I got rave reviews! lol
