Beautiful! I believe this top is vintage 90s... NIKI by Niki Livas produced a line of velvet tops and dresses very similar to this in the nineties. The spaghetti straps start at the base of the throat in front so that it has a choker style neckline. The design has a goth feel, kind of spidery/vampirish... perfect for the Halloween season!! The design on the front is accomplished with very small, gun metal color beads, and they sparkle a little in the right light. It is in very good to excellent pre-owned, vintage condition. The size/fiber tag has been removed, but my mannequin wears a size 6, small, and her measurements are 33-24-33 and it fits her well, but it can go bigger. Okay, I modeled it for you. My measurements are bust 42" and waist 34" and even I get into it... it's a little tight, but honestly, I think I could get away with it! This is a very forgiving top, one size fits most! This beautiful top is worth every penny, because even us big girls can look great in it!!
