I recommend this maxi dress as a beach dress/coverup or a summer concert dress. Has a thin rope belt you can tie around the waist or let it be flowy. Also has twin slits on each leg. Very flowy and lightweight but not very stretchy. 100% rayon. Please note that the two slits in the front have some fraying from normal wear/walking. It's not really noticeable since the dress is so flowy. The left side has a belt loop but not the right side. Manniquin is a small, dress is a large.
