From Boden British Tweed by Moon, it has a back zip with a hook and eye closure. The skirt is fully lined. Size 10R, it measures approx 16.5” across at the waist. The length is about 19”. 100% wool, dry clean recommended. Excellent preowned condition, no flaws noted.
