@hhh178 normal waist: about 14 inches but it’s pretty firm fitting so i’d do it could fit arguably smaller or bigger
elastic waistband completely stretched 19 inches
about where on the skirt do you want me to measure hips? it’s not a form fitting skirt, it’s flowy so i’m not sure how accurate it will be for you to determine fit if that makes sense?
