Vintage Wire Collar Necklace with Denim Blue Starfish

My guess this dates to 2000’s - Y2K. Selling both the necklace and pendant together. Silver-tone wire collar necklace and a star shaped pendant - slide that looks like a fancy starfish. The pendant has Pearlized blue enamel and a filigree design. Necklace approx 15”-15 1/2” Pendant approx 1 3/4” x 1 15/16” Both items have been used. They are in good condition.
