@buddysimba so it hits just barely below the knee on me, I am 5 ft 3 in. armpit to armpit is 26 inches.

Thanks that helps alot cause I'm 5'6' so it should hang slightly above the knees on me which would work to be able to still wear my brown leggings under it. : }
