Pre owned nice condition. Drawstring closure and snap flap with small zipper pocket on back. Blue and white floral quilted. Interior is clean. Exterior white is not vibrant white due to age but overall clean and nice condition. I don’t notice any wear on the stitching or straps. Straps are not adjustable. The measure to be 28 inches long. Hope that helps!!!
