Full sleeves are open under neath. When I wore it; know one would ever know that it was open but it was super comfortable and cool in my Florida weather. It is an off white with gray and navy blue. Stripes and floral leafs, kinda like an open dolman sleeve. V neck. It was just past my knees in length. I’m 5’3”. Silk is a medium weight. Enough to give it shape. Not thin and clingy silk. It is a remarkable dress that is fabulous in many settings. I wore it for a special evening but also wore just one day running around. Due to it straight shape it will fit most figures.
