prustum @teefow about 25" in the inner leg from crotch to the bottom of the leg. I can send you a photo if you'd like. The measurement from the waistband to the crotch is 13-1/2", I am 5'9" tall and they fall above a couple of inches above my ankles. The cashmere is incredibly soft. Great deal.
