EUC bright orange off the shoulder free people blouse

This is an excellent condition! Absolutely love the bright orange color. The sleeves have a tie that can be tightened or loosened to comfort. This is a size small but it’s definitely over sized so would fit a medium person as well. This has elastic around the back neckline and the shoulder area. Approximate measurements are 19 3/4 inches pit to pit and 25 inches from shoulder to bottom of top.as always smoke and pet free home. Same-day shipping! Willing to negotiate prices.
