Beautiful hat never worn. Feather is wrapped separately in tissue paper. Right under 23” for circumference. Brim measurement is 4 1/2”. Color is off white. It looks like there are adjustable ribbons in the hat for fit (picture with tag). Beautiful hat but I don’t see myself wearing it.
