NWT Chico's 2 piece Black East West 3/4 sleeve top Chicos 1/M

New with tag great fall top. It is 2 pieces with tank top underneath. Banded stretch bottom. Loose fit .Open weave bodice.Has a "drop sleeve" style. Easily dressed up and down.
