Charming vintage 1950s blue floral dress, perfect for any special occasion. This dress features adorable puff sleeves and a tulle puff skirt. The size is small. This has no tags but is a sheer nylon with tulle in the sleeves and under the skirt. Based on the measurements this is a small. Please see my photo for measurements and the dress flat from one side. This dress is recently cleaned and has no holes or stains. The tulle underneath has tears and repairs and pinning was done at some point so this will need a repair along the bottom.
