Light sleeveless tunic by Joseph Ribkoff. Inspired by the tennis dress, this sheer and stretchy tunic features a drop ruffled waist with a navy blue accent. Navy blue accent is also seen around the neck. The tunic could be worn as a dress as well. It's sheer though, so it could be paired with leggings and a cami or a lacy slip. The fabric tag is missing, but the weave is stretchy and sheer, it also feels quite soft. It could be a rayon or viscose jersey blended with spandex. I can't be 100% sure. It's in great condition, although I did find a small tiny run about two inches above the skirt, in the front. It is hardly visible, as it blends in well with the fabric's knit. See last photo.
