Gorgeous feminine flowing dress that looks like a Doen or Sea NY with its ruffles, puff sleeves, high quality design, and amazing color. It is 100% cotton, lined yet lightweight, and has a Swiss dot design throughout. Measurements: Bust is 8” length-wise and 15” laid flat- I’m a 36C and due to the smocked fabric it holds me well and there is still a lot of room for larger busts. Waist also has stretch and is 15” laid flat Length is 49” The structure and smocking makes it fit great on a M, L, and XL.
