I generally purchase flat measurements of 21" but loved the jacket so much that I took the chance. Absolutely gorgeous blazer style embroidered in fun fall colors with snap closure up the front. "Live with Passion" is inscribed on the label! Such a nice touch! Size: Petite 12 Approximate flat-lay measurements before stretch (inches): The shoulder is 16.5” between the seams with the sleeves on either side (shoulder to shoulder). Sleeves: 23” shoulder seam to the bottom of the sleeve. Chest: 20.5” between the seams under the armpits. Waist: 19” across. Length is 22” from the shoulder seam down.
