Very hip vintage black and white dress featuring front buttons for adjusted open or closed neck, belt loops and elastic waist. In excellent condition, no noticeable flaws. 100% polyester Note tag says “Samantha Stevens Petites” but I am 5’9 and this dress fits me great, just hitting below the knees. 19” across pit to pit 15” across waist 24” long
