This is new with the tag still attached and in that condition other then the ribbon on the interior that holds the dress on to the hanger is broken and there is a small part of the seam that’s pulling on the one shoulder. I don’t think either affects the dress when worn or is obvious just know that they are there. You can see them in the last two photos. I usually cut the inside ribbons off myself so problem solved haha!! I love this and the style and color but the sleeves just didn’t end up being my personal preference so I’m moving it along.
