Closer to 10”) Approx 31” inseam 20” leg opening 90% cotton 6% post consumer recycled cotton 3% polyester 1% Elastane (This is an ideal stretch ratio IMHO) Wore these around the house a few times. They fit perfectly so I thought I would keep them, however, I think I would prefer a darker wash. I did wash these & hung them dry. They are like new! I kept the original tags.
