It's in A- condition because there are minimal signs of wear. I also believe it could easily be polished up at a jewelry store. Comes complete with inner box, outer box, Certificate of Authentication, and other papers. What a wonderful gift idea for an anniversary, wedding, or vow renewal. Or you can do what I did and just purchased it to wear every day in every different way.
